Kali ki Dahl Follow-Up Medical Camp

On Sunday 4th January, Divine Shakti Foundation (DSF) and Parmarth Niketan organized and sponsored held their weekly free medical camp, this time at Kali Ki Dahl Primary School – Sarvahara Nagar, Rishikesh. DSF has been working in Kali Ki Dahl towards cleaning and greening their premises as well as training the local youth in vocational training and skill development programmes. This camp was part of their dedicated and continuous involvement in the welfare of the village-district.

The camp provided primary medical care to approximately 143 patients and was led by the dedicated service of divine shaktis, Dr Priya Singh joined by Ms Claudine Franco from Brazil.  Issues treated included everything from ear infections and coughs in young children, to high blood pressure problems, fevers, worms, skin disesases, gynecological issues and more.
